Fat Face Launch Communications
For the new Fat Face customer service development programme, 'How's It Going?', we had to start from scratch. Fat Face had undergone a rebrand since the original 'Tune-Up' programme, so the new design had to reflect that. This scratch card was sent out to staff members to direct them to the online survey. Each card had an individual identification number under the rub removable silver latex strip. This enabled the user to log in and their responses to be tracked. A launch pack was also produced to outline the programme.
